The CIS has carried out a 'flash' survey in Catalonia with the aim of analyzing and identifying more closely the main trends and data of the socio-political and electoral reality, given the high number of people who make their decisions. of voting during the campaign . The data from this new 'flash' survey initiative will be available to all media and interested people on the website of the Sociological Research Center (www.cis.es), tomorrow, February 4 at 11:30 a.m.
This type of 'flash' polls , faster and closer to a certain political event, allow us to better understand and assess reality in contexts in which the number of undecided people is increasing, with high volatility in the vote persisting until the last moment. .
The CIS has published surveys on several occasions during the electoral campaign period, respecting the legal criterion of prohibition of dissemination of surveys during the five days prior to the vote , as stated in article 69 of Organic Law 5/1985. , of June 19, of the General Electoral Regime .
