The CIS has prepared the monthly barometer with the usual policy questions and other current questions related to minors' access to pornographic websites, economic scams on the Internet, and the armed conflicts in the Middle East and Russia's invasion of Ukraine. among other issues.

Estimated vote and preference for the president of the government

Technical tie between the PP, which would achieve 33.2% of the votes, and the PSOE with 33%. SUMAR would be in third position with 10.2% of the votes and VOX would obtain 7.9%.

Pedro Sánchez is the favorite to be president of the government for 25.6% of Spaniards, 8.4 points behind Alberto Núñez Feijóo, who is preferred for 17.2%. Yolanda Díaz is the favorite for 7.2%, Santiago Abascal for 5% and Isabel Díaz Ayuso for 3.5%.

Regarding the defined respondents, the distances increase: 40.9% of those surveyed who give their opinion prefer Pedro Sánchez as President of the Government, 13.4 points ahead of Feijóo, whom 27.5% prefer, with Yolanda Diaz in third position with 11.6%.

 

Access by minors to pornographic content on the Internet

93.9% of those surveyed are in favor of “restricting or prohibiting” the access of minors to pornographic websites. Furthermore, 60.4% believe that parents should be the ones who control and prohibit access to porn on the Internet, 46.9% assure that it should be the government and the competent authorities through legislation, and 13 .7% the owners of those web pages.

 

Financial scams through the internet

52% of citizens claim to have suffered a scam or attempted scam through their mobile device, computer, tablet or other electronic device. And of them, 59% claim that it was through a link in an SMS, 42.8% via fraudulent email, 37.9% with a fake WhatsApp message, and 31.4% through a fake operator who called by phone.
81.6% of Spaniards say that they are “very or quite concerned” about economic scams through electronic devices. And of them, 58.6% indicate that it should be the government and authorities that legislate to solve this type of scams, 24.6% the State security forces and bodies, and 13.4% the service providers. Internet services.

Economic situation and main concerns

63.4% say that their personal economic situation is “very good or good”, compared to 24.2% who say it is “bad or very bad” and 11.5% say it is average.

The main problems that Spaniards identify that affect them personally the most at the moment are the economic crisis and those of an economic nature (33.6%), along with health (17.7%) and problems related to the quality of employment (14.1%).

80.6% of those surveyed are “very or quite concerned” about climate change. 68.4% are “very or quite concerned” about the war in the Middle East. At the same time, 66.2% are very/fairly concerned about the invasion of Ukraine.
These and other data are collected in the monthly barometer carried out from February 1 to 6 with 3,926 interviews.
